Q. How do I order a digital photography package?

A. Fill out our online order form or Call 800-785-6954

Q. Once I've placed my order; what happens next?

A. If you have filled out our online order form, a sales associate will contact you within 1 business day to confirm your appointment. If you placed your order by phone, you're all set!

Q. It's the day of my scheduled photography appointment, what do I do next?

A. Make sure that your property is "show ready". Prep your listing as if it were an actual open house day. We recommend that the exterior landscaping be groomed and the interior uncluttered and clean. Tidy up and remove all clutter, open all the blinds and drapes and turn on all the lights. Please make sure you have working light bulbs in
every available location.

Q. What should I expect once the photographer arrives?

A. As soon as we arrive onto the location, expect the photographer to be on the property for no more than 1 hour. They will shoot every room and exterior location that is listed on the order form.

Q. After the photographer leaves, what happens next?

A. Once the photographer leaves the property, our professional photo editors take over. We'll select the best 15-30 photos (depending on the package). If you've selected one of our higher-end packages, we'll do the required touchups to really make your photos POP!

Q. How will my digital photos be delivered?

A. We will deliver all photos via an email link. You'll be able to retrieve your photos by clicking on the link and select "SAVE AS" when prompted. Select a place on your computer, like your desktop for easy access later.

Q. Can you turn my pictures into a video tour?

A. Of course we can! We can convert your existing photos or upgrade any photo package into a full motion HD video tour. Visit our our Services & Pricing page for further details.

Q. Will Home View upload my photos on to the MLS or Realtor.com?

A. No. The MLS and Realtor.com do not allow Virtual Tour or Photography companies to submit photos on behalf of the agent. However, the agent can upload the photos directly to the MLS or Realtor.com.

Q. I've lost my photos, HELP!

A. Home View keeps backups of all photos for up to 1 year from the date of delivery. Contact us at 800-785-6954.
