| Q. How do I order
a video tour? |

| Q. Once I've placed my order;
what happens next? |
| A. If you have filled
out our online
order form, a sales associate will contact you within 1 business
day to confirm your appointment. If you placed your order by phone,
you're all set! |

| Q. It's the day of my scheduled
video tour appointment, what do I do next? |
| A. Make sure that your property
is "show ready". Prep your listing as if it were an actual
open house day. Tidy up and remove all clutter, open all the blinds
and drapes and turn on all the lights. |

| Q. What should I expect once
the videographer arrives? |
| A. As soon as we arrive onto
the location, expect the videographer to be on the property for
no more than 1 hour. They will shoot every room and exterior location
that is listed on the order form. |

| Q. After the videographer
leaves, what happens next? |
A. Once the videographer leaves
the property, our professional video editors take over. We'll then
cut together a 2-3 minute video highlighting all the best features
of your property. Once complete, we'll deliver your final video
tour in the Flash Video format. Check your email
(or junk mail/spam folder) for an email from us!

| Q. How will my Video Tour be delivered? |
| A. We can deliver your video
tour in a variety of formats and medias. From Flash, Quicktime
and Windows Media
files to CD and DVD's. For Videos hosted on our servers we
can provide an embed code for use on your own web site. |

| Q. Why Flash? |
| A. The Flash Player is installed on
99% of Internet-enabled desktops worldwide and on a wide range
of popular
devices. This
will ensure that no matter what computer, operating system or internet
browser is used, your video tour will be seen! |

| Q. I love my video tour, but we have
a couple changes. |
| A. Unlike most video tour
companies, Home View will do 1 courtesy re-edit of your video tour.
Please submit
in
writing,
via
email within
5 business days from the date of delivery a list
of very specific changes and we will do our best to remedy your
reasonable requests. |

| Q. The owners have done some
renovation to the property since the last video tour shot. Is
it possible to have a videographer come down and reshoot the property? |
| A. YES! We will be glad to
come down and re-shoot the property; however, doing so requires
re-editing of the video
as well. Call us at 800-785-6954 and we'll be glad to help. |

| Q. How long will you keep my video
tour stored? |
| A. We keep all original master
tapes for up to 6 months and we store all digitized video footage
on a Home
View
hard drive for no more than sixty (60) days. Any re-edits after
this time frame will incur an hourly fee. |
